“Hello” from Hex the musical – National Theatre

Hex is a new musical based on the tale of Sleeping Beauty, and was developed through the
Genesis Music Theatre Programme. “Hello” is the moment of the iconic kiss, where the sleeping princess wakes to a handsome prince.

The show will run in the Olivier at the National Theatre from 26 November until 14 January 2023, and is directed by the National Theatre’s Artistic Director Rufus Norris (the inaugural Genesis Director at the Young Vic). Lyrics are also
by Rufus Norris, with music by Jim Fortune, and book by Tanya Ronder.
