The Art of Publishing at Kings Place – Genesis Conversations
Hosted in partnership with the Jewish Literary Foundation, this panel discussion is part of the latest series of Genesis Conversations: free discussions, which gather cultural leaders and rising talent in the arts to discuss key issues in today’s cultural world. Our panel discussed ‘The Art of Publishing’ live at Kings Place on 31 January 2024. They explored the hunger for the best stories, transmitting a writer’s passion to a reader, and publishing as an art of negotiation.
The discussion was chaired by Adam LeBor (Journalist) and featured a panel of Sabhbh Curran (Agent, Curtis Brown), Adam Freudenheim (Publisher & Managing Director, Pushkin Press), Caroline Moorehead (Biographer) and Karen E H Skinazi (Columnist & Academic).
